The Friends of Moran State park is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Volunteer efforts are required for ongoing park projects such as the annual tower maintenance, spring clean up, interpretive programs, Environmental Learning Center and events such as the annual Fishing Derby and Steve Braun Triathlon and the Summit Bike Challenge.
